Library Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms for events up to 200 persons are available for use for a fee. The library has a new policy in effect for all meetings taking place on or after September 1, 2012. There is no minimum attendee requirement, no limit to the number of group meetings, and groups are permitted to charge and/or conduct fundraising activities. - Then, click here to bring up a new window, and then click on the date you are interested in, to Check Meeting Room Availability
Please note that if you are unable to click on a date (it is blue in color), and the date is part of the month listed at the top of the calendar, the date is available.
- Once you have read the policy, and ensured that we have space for your group on the date you are interested in, click here to book a room!
TVs with DVD and VHS players are available for use in the meeting rooms and may be reserved in advance. The meeting rooms also have Internet access via the library's wireless network.
