Join us at for a thought-provoking two-part documentary series exploring health, wellness, and the systems that shape them.  Both films feature leading experts and voices offering unique perspectives on how we can nourish our mind and body, and take better care of ourselves and our children.

Friday, October 3  at 2-4 pm

Director Kelly Noonan Gore takes us on a scientific and spiritual journey that explores the mind-body connection and the potential for self-healing. The documentary maintains that our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions significantly impact our health and ability to heal. The film features insights from scientists, spiritual leaders, and individuals who have experienced profound healing.

Introductions by Dr. Ken Freedman of Freedman Chiropractic

Dr. Ken Freedman, Founder and Director of Freedman Chiropractic in East Brunswick, NJ, is regarded as the region’s preeminent wellness expert.  Since 1979, Dr. Freedman has provided personalized adult and pediatric services that are focused on improving the body’s capacity to self-heal and optimize quality of life.  For 2017 & 2020, Dr. Freedman was recognized as Best Chiropractor in the Home News Tribunes’ Best of the Best Readers’ Choice Awards for Middlesex County.  Dr. Freedman served as President of the East Brunswick Advisory Health Council for 30 years, and is on the Board of the East Brunswick Public Library and created the Natural Health and Vitality collection featured in the Library's central area, and which is being expanded to include this new, groundbreaking film series.
