Location: The bus from the Rutgers New Jersey Cancer Institute will be parked outside the library entrance.

The Lifesaver mobile health unit offers the following screening services:

• Lung Cancer Risk Assessment
• Colorectal Risk Assessment
• Breast Physical Examination

Did you know that New Jersey has the fifth highest incidence rate of cancer in the country? Screenings can detect cancers at an early stage where treatment is more effective.

ScreenNJ is a partnership of Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, the New Jersey Department of Health, and healthcare and community organizations aiming to increase screening for breast, cervical, colorectal, genetically-linked, HPV-linked, lung, prostate, and skin cancers to reduce cancer mortality rates, to reduce disparities, and to educate New Jersey residents about the importance of cancer screening, early detection, and prevention.
