Touchdown!: Tackling Negative Thoughts

Celebrate football season with an interactive mental health game!  Participants will have the opportunity to decorate their own helmets before "getting out on the field" to practice positive self-talk strategies to be their own cheerleaders!

This month's informational health and wellness resources focus on cognitive restructuring.

For kids of all ages, with an adult.  Teens are welcome to attend!
