Summer Coding club is using the CS0 program from CS Academy of Carnegie Mellon University.

Introduction to Colored Pencils Art Class (Gr. 4+ ZOOM)
Get ready to unveil your creativity and glide your colored pencils to create a lovely work of art! During the session we will be learning the basic techniques of colored pencil art and blend the colors to create soothing shades and pattern! Participants will need to provide their own supplies.

Free Yoga Class
Free yoga classes for students in grades 7-12. Join Ms. Joanne, a certified yoga instructor, for this free class located in the YS Programming room from 7 pm until 8 pm. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to class.

This interactive session about water safety is for tweens and teens entering grades 4-8.
Chess Club for Beginners (Gr.2+ Zoom)
An online Chess club for Beginners will be held with 8 Zoom meetings on every Thursday @ 4-5 p.m starting June 2nd,2022.
We will go through the curriculum from Chesskid.com, watching videos and solving puzzles.
This club is targeted to 2nd grader and above with no prior experience in playing chess.
After 8 meetings, participants should know the basic rules and tactics of playing chess.

Bullying Prevention
Bullying Prevention: Participants will learn how bullying effects self and others in addition to how to become an upstander. Participants will also be able to identify resources available to help the wellbeing of self and others.
This is a program will be run by a representative from Horizon Blue Cross Blue Sheild of NJ.
This program is open to students in grades 6-12 and will be held on zoom on May 5 at 7 pm.
