Sometimes the most challenging part of exercising is figuring out what type of exercise to do. Bonnie Saunders, PT, MPA, DPT, explore the various reasons and motivations to exercise and connect these to the various types of exercise. She will also discuss some of the more common barriers to establishing a successful exercise routine and some strategies to overcome these barriers.

Dr. Bonnie Saunders PT, MPA, DPT
Saunders has been a physical therapist for over 30 years. She has worked in various clinical settings across the country and is currently the manager of Physical Rehabilitation services in the Saint Peter’s University Hospital. Exercise has been a pillar of her professional life, as well as a component of her personal life. Over the years her approach to exercise has changed and she will offer some of these insights to participants.
