Women’s Suffrage and the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment

This event features a talk with display of many historical photographs of the struggle for U.S. women to obtain the right to vote. That right was won nationwide with the 1920 adoption of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, so this lecture is part of the State's celebration of the 100-year anniversary of that Amendment. New Jersey’s own Alice Paul, who was instrumental in advocating for the passage of the 19th Amendment, will be highlighted.

During this 45-60 minute workshop you’ll have fun discovering:

  • How sugar is processed/metabolized by the body
  • 7 simple ways to kick the sugar habit (behavioral & habit based)

The program will end with an open Q&A.
