Get Pumped Up About Heart Health: Diabetes Workshop & Blood Pressure Screenings
The HEAL Team (Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School students) return to the library to share information about diabetes and hypertension, both of which impact blood pressure.
Following the program, there will be a physician conducting free blood pressure screenings, and students will be there to help calculate BMI and fat percentages

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: Call 988 for Help
The Federal Communications Commission recently approved a new 3-digit dialing code, 988, for mental health crisis and suicide prevention.
The 988 line will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for call, texts, and chat beginning on July 16th, 2022.
