Microsoft Word IV

Learn how to use styles to create outlines or a Table of Contents and how to change the overall look of a document using pre-designed themes. Learn how to use pre-formatted sample documents called templates to create reports, resumes, and more. Learn how to collaborate with other users (in real time or using comments/track changes) and to apply password protection to a document with secure information.

Prerequisites:

MS Word III or equivalent computer experience (see course description).

Digital Literacy Series: Intro to iPhone

In this BYOD (bring your own device) course, learn about the iPhone hardware and getting started with your device. Learn about connecting to WiFi and creating an Apple ID. Learn about using iOS and some of the iOS features. Also learn how to use the Keyboard and the Phone app.

Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisites. Students must bring their own iPhone device.

Fees:

Intro level classes are free to both LMxAC cardholders and non-LMxAC cardholders.
