Although  financial authorities have not granted a new bank license for over 150 years, and are not keen to grant one to a van salesman from Burnley, Dave fights for his cause with the help of a London lawyer, a local doctor and rock legends Def Leppard. This heartwarming comedy stars Rory Kinnear.
