Now that it is spring, it is a perfect time to start a garden and we have created a video to show you how to make a newspaper seed planter. Not only is this a great way to upcycle old newspaper but once your seeds have sprouted, you can put the entire newspaper planter into the ground or transfer it to a larger pot and it will simply decompose as your plant grows through the summer.

Already using Duolingo and looking for something a little more challenging? New Jersey public library card holders get free access to Rosetta Stone through the State Library. Learning a new language is a great way to spend your spare time and can be done individually or as a family!
