Chess club for Beginners 1 will be held with 8 Zoom meetings on every Thursday @ 4 - 4:45 p.m from Nov 3 to Dec 22.
This club is targeted to 2nd grader and above with no prior experience in playing chess.
After 7 meetings, participants should know the basic rules and tactics of playing chess.

Girls Who Code club for 3rd to 5th grade girls will be held during Fall 2022 starting September 14. It runs until Oct 26 ( 7 meetings on every Wednesday @ 7- 8 p.m. in the comuter lab ) No need to bring laptop.
Kids will pick up the computer science concept such as order of codes, events, loops, conditionals, function and list through the projects.
Scratch is block-based which is easy to learn and the projects are fun to spark the interest of coding.
